Saucy Mama - Chipotle Tuna Bites

Ok so when I first opened the bottle of Saucy Mama's Santa Fe Creamy Chipotle Dressing, I immediately thought it might go really well with canned tuna. Canned tuna is a staple in my house (as it probably is in yours), for those days when I need to make a quick lunch sandwich or when I haven't done the weekly groceries and need an add-in for pasta. So I tested it out with some chunk light tuna, and it was so good! My resulting recipe makes a quick and easy appetizer for when guests unexpectedly stop by.

CHIPOTLE TUNA BITES

2 cans chunk light tuna, drained

2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped

5 tsp Saucy Mama Santa Fe Creamy Chipotle Dressing

30 honey-roasted peanuts

30 plain crackers

1. In a bowl, combine tuna, red onion and Saucy Mama Santa Fe Creamy Chipotle Dressing. Mix well.

2. Using a melon baller or spoon, put a scoop of tuna salad on each cracker. Top with a honey-roasted peanut. Makes about 30 appetizers.
